Conscience – from where?

Our conscience – from where does it come?

It is God in us who gives us our human dignity and freedom

Our inherent dignity as human beings derives from a higher principle.

Every individual possesses inalienable rights which no human power may disrespect.

We can be free and autonomous persons because God makes us free and autonomous.

God does not interfere with the responsible use of our freedom.

Conscience is our human reason responding to God

Conscience is a universal experience that points to objective morality and God.

The fact that human conscience developed in evolution  does not disprove its role as a sensor of Reality.

In conscience we ultimately respond to a Reality that is personal, to God.

Belief in a personal God frees us from human skepticism.
